1. Booking and Check-in
Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

The minimum age for check-in is 18 years.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if the guest fails to comply with identification or policy requirements.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

The number of guests must not exceed the room capacity mentioned at the time of booking.

2. Payment and Cancellation
All bookings require full or partial advance payment as specified during the reservation process.

Any additional services (food, room service, laundry, transport, etc.) will be charged separately.

Cancellations and refunds will follow the Hotel or Yellohh’s specific cancellation policy.

In the event of a no-show, the booking amount will be forfeited, unless otherwise stated.

Yellohh and its partner hotels reserve the right to modify room rates, taxes, or charges without prior notice.

3. Guest Conduct and Responsibilities
Guests are expected to maintain respectful and lawful conduct towards staff and other guests.

Any form of illegal activity, drug use, gambling, or possession of weapons is strictly prohibited.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to hotel property, and applicable charges will be recovered.

The Hotel may terminate a stay immediately if a guest violates these terms or engages in disruptive behavior.

Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their personal belongings during their stay.

4. Privacy and Data Protection
All Yellohh partner properties may operate CCTV surveillance for security purposes.

Yellohh respects your privacy and processes all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Guest information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for security reasons.

5. Safety and Security
Guests must comply with all fire safety regulations and emergency procedures displayed on the premises.

The Hotel management reserves the right to evict any guest who poses a risk to property, staff, or other guests.

The Hotel shall not be held liable for loss, theft, injury, or accidents occurring during the stay.

6. Limitation of Liability
Yellohh and its partner hotels shall not be responsible for service interruptions, unforeseen cancellations, or force majeure events beyond their control.

The total liability of Yellohh and its affiliates, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by the guest for the booking.

7. Modifications to Terms
Yellohh reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will be published on the official Yellohh website and shall be applicable immediately upon posting.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
